Extra (Hexaconazole 5%+ validamycin 2.5 % sc) is a systematic fungicide containing 5 % hexaconazole and 2.5% validamycin active ingredient along with adjuvant it is recommended for control of n sheath blight and blast disease in paddy crop at the rate of 1000ml formulation per hectare in 500 liters water with a minimum pre harvest interval (phi) of 22 days.

Precaution

Symptoms Of Poisoning
Nervousness, headache giddiness, nausea , vomiting ,tremors , convulsions , allergic manifestations may occur
First Aid
Ingestion: For ingestion rinse mouth and administer 5 ml/kg up to 200 ml of water for dilution if the patient can swallow has a strong gag reflex, and does not drool Do not induce vomiting .if vomiting occurs lean patient forward or place on the left side (head down position, if possible ) to maintain an open airway and prevent aspiration keep patient quiet and maintain normal body temperature obtain immediate medical attention Inhalation: if patient is not breathing start artificial respiration perform cardio-respiratory resuscitation, If necessary Skin contamination : Skin contamination should be treated promptly by washing with soap and water with plenty of water if dermal irritation persists medical attention should be obtained without delay Eye contamination: immediately flush contaminated eyes gently with flowing water for 15 minutes if ocular irritations persists medical attention should be obtained without delay
