Tanmay is a selective early post herbicide on Sugarcane which has broad spectrum activity on grasses and broad leaved weeds.
Ametryn 80% WG is water dispersible granule containing Ametryn 80% (a.i) in the formulation. It is used to control of grassy weeds and broadleaf weed on sugarcane.
Cautionary Statements:
1. Toxic to fish, aquatic organism hence should not be used near water bodies, aquaculture or pisciculture. 2. Not to be used for any purpose other than those subscribed on label and leaflets. 3. Destroy the container after use as directed on leaflet.
Tanmay belongs to the s-triazines chemical group which inhibits Photosynthetic reaction in weeds.
Tanmay has both foliar and soil activity. By this it kills the existing weeds & the new emergence from weed seeds. It is compatible with 2, 4-D.
Tanmay shall be applied when Sugarcane weeds are at 2-4 leaf stage. It provides longer duration of weed control.
Phytotoxicity
The Product is not phytotoxic when used as per recommendation.
Antidote
There is no specific antidote. Treat symptomatically and give supportive therapy.
