Hexaconazole is a triazole systemic fungicide effective against ascomycetes and basidiomycetes.
Preparation & directions of use of Monitor
- Application to be done in morning or evening time.
- Do not apply just before rain and avoid spray during windy days.
- Application to be done on appearance of the disease symptoms on the crop during early vegetative to panicle grain formation stage using high volume spray fitted with low drift nozzle as per the recommended dose.
- Prepare the solution in separate bucket.
- Measure the quantity of fungicide.
- Measure the quantity of fungicide and mix it with water as per the recommendations in a bucket and stir it thoroughly then transfer the spray solution into spray tank.
- Do not use metal container for preparing the solution.
- The frequency of application should be as per the disease pressure.
