Jumat, Spirotetramat 15.31% OD, a systematic insecticide contains 153.1 gram of Spirotetramat active ingredient per kg of formulation which is equal to 150 gram of Spirotetramat active ingredients per liter of formulation. It is used for control of Thrips and Aphids in Chilli.
Direction of Use
Use :- Spirotetramat 15.31% OD is used in Chilli for control of Thrips and Aphids. First spray to be given at initial incidence and one more spray depending upon severity of population. Plant protection equipment :- Hand operated knapsack sprayer fitted with hollow cone or triple action nozzles are recommended for spraying.
MODE OF ACTION
Spirotetramat is the new Ket-enol and acts through lipid biosynthesis inhibition. It has long duration efficacy against the development stages of multiple sucking pests. Its unique 2-way protection enables it to translocate both upwards and downwards to ensure complete protection of all parts of the plant.
Precaution
Product is sensitive to skin. Avoid contact with spilled product or contaminated surfaces. Wear personal protective equipment. Unprotected persons must be kept away. Do not allow the undiluted product to come into contact with skin. Use nitrile gloves and long sleeved shirts to protect skin to avoid direct contact with the product. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Keep working clothes separately. For eye protection use safety glasses (goggles). Wash hands away from eating , drinking, smoking or using the toilet and also wash hand immediately after spray. If necessary take a shower after finishing the spray. Remove soiled and soaked clothing immediately and clean thoroughly before using again. This product is sensitive for skin.
Symptoms Of Poisoning
Nasal discharge or temporary reddening of skin may be observed.
First Aid
1. Ingestion – Do not induce vomiting unless advised by the attending physician. If patient is alert and conscious, rinse the mouth the water. Give 1-2 glasses of water. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. 2. Inhalation – Keep the patient away from the place of incident. Loosen the clothes. If patient is not breathing give mouth to mouth breathing or artificial respiration. 3. Eye – wash with plenty of water of normal temperature at least 15 minutes. If reaches, pain and irritation occur call the eye specialist immediately. 4. Skin – Wash thoroughly with plenty of water. If symptoms of irritation and blistering occur. Call the skin specialist immediately.
